Mediation

Resolving conflicts constructively

In addition to traditional legal representation, we offer professional mediation. Through neutral facilitation, we help parties work together to find fair and sustainable solutions, out of court and through dialogue.
Mediation is a structured, voluntary process for conflict resolution, in which a neutral and impartial third party, the mediator, supports the conflicting parties in developing a mutual, sustainable solution. In contrast to court proceedings, the focus is not on winning or losing, but on mutual understanding and the search for a solution that is acceptable to all parties involved.

What are the characteristics of mediation?

  • Voluntary participation: Both sides decide for themselves whether to participate in the process and how it should proceed.
  • Confidentiality: Everything discussed during mediation stays between the participants, making it ideal for sensitive topics.
  • Neutrality: The mediator does not make decisions, but guides the process and ensures a fair exchange.
  • Personal responsibility: The parties retain control over the outcome and develop a solution together.
  • Future orientation: Mediation makes it possible not only to resolve conflicts, but also to improve relationships and create new perspectives.
Mediation is particularly suitable for family conflicts, inheritance disputes, workplace disagreements, tenancy issues, or disputes between business partners. It is often faster, more cost-effective, and more sustainable than court proceedings.
