Judith Berlinger studied at the University of Fribourg (CH) and the Université libre de Bruxelles (B) and graduated in 1999 with a degree in law (lic. iur.). She was admitted to the bar in the Canton of Zurich in 2003.

Judith Berlinger began her legal career at the District Court of Dielsdorf as a court clerk and conciliator in rental and lease matters. She subsequently worked in the field of wealth planning at two large financial institutions. Afterwards, Judith Berlinger joined the Schoch Jaeggi Hoch law firm and has since been working as an advisor and litigator in family and inheritance law. Since 2024, she also offers mediation in the areas of separation, divorce, or support issues.
